Plastic Ivy is one of Yorkshire’s busiest and longest-established sauna complexes for gay and bisexual men. Situated in Dewsbury, it is just a short walk from train and bus stations and close to the M1 and M62, making it easily reachable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and Barnsley. The venue is designed to provide a discreet, welcoming environment for relaxation and socialising.
Visitors receive a locker, towel, and a brief tour on arrival before being free to explore the facilities at their own pace. The sauna offers a clean, comfortable setting where men can unwind, meet others, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere without the need to book in advance.
5 man spa pool, 8 man sauna cabin, 10 man steam room, private rest rooms, video cabins, glory hole stand up cabins, cruising areas, dark rooms, cinema, cafeteria, television lounge, free internet cafe, lockers & changing room, showers, towels, refreshments.

First time here after never having the chance before. Great welcome from staff and nice that both sauna and steam room were hot!
Really busy with a fun respectful crowd, will be back
Over £10 to get in and that's at reduced time, the steam room wasn't working which made the other sp**** facilities overcrowded. The Jacuzzi can only take 4 people and even then your sitting on another persons foot. The sauna room is tiny and brightly lit which means no one interacts, there's only about 6 rest rooms so the corridor is full of people milling about so you feel your being watched by ten or more people whatever you do. Had planned on getting 2 or 3 shags but gave up after 2.5 hours and had one token ****job through *********.
DON'T BOTHER GOING WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
I love this sauna - just got in from a great couple of hours. Nice atmosphere, nice guys too. Staff area great. Not big but has everything it needs. Live going.
been there a few times - very few people and near empty, **** in one lockup on two occasions which was not cleaned (told staff about this), unfriendly staff with no customer care
Visited 8pm on Monday evening, it was a bit quite with only 5 guys there but clean and friendly. Managed some fun with two guys and will visit again when in the area. Parking on the back road is easy entry is discreet so no need to be shy if visiting.

The staff was every informative on the fire exits. They where nice to talk to and kept the place every clean. Not the biggest sauna I have been too. Hot tub is very cosy, steam room is nice and sauna is small but very good and hot. Play rooms are well layer out with the limited space they have.

What I like about this place is that it's clean, friendly, and de****e being lots of fun, it feels like it has a bit of cl*** compared to most gay saunas.
I have been here on three occasions,one afternoon and two evenings. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. The facilities are good. There has always been a decent number of people there, all ages and all sizes. If you like something to please most of us. Highly recommended
One of the dirtiest saunas I have been to, if there was minus numbers on here then I'd give a -10.
This is a nice clean sauna with good facilities. I have only been in the afternoons but there has been a mixed age crowd with plenty of **** and lots of action from fondling to ****ing. I always come away satisfied.
Visited sauna on a Friday afternoon. Roughly 10 guys there mainly older and of the more rotund nature. A couple of younger guys but seemed to be a generally older crowd.

I find this to be the best of the bunch in and around West Yorkshire. There are always plenty of guys around, I have never known it to be quiet and there is a good mix of types. Have always managed to get some nice ****...sometimes too much!!!
The facilities are good and clean. The entry price is decent and the staff are fine. Well worth a visit.
I have been here 3 or 4 times in the afternoon and there is always a good mix of friendly guys. I have never come away disapointed. There are public areas and quiet rooms, glory ****s, steam and sauna and pleny going on. I usually arrive between 12 noon and 12.30 for cheaper admisioon and it's usually busy - plenty of ****.
